Rasoolullaah صلى الله عليه وسلم gave us an advice; he صلى الله عليه وسلم said what means: “Take advantage of five before five: (1) your youth before you are elderly, (2) your life before your death, (3) your health before your illness, (4) your free time before your time is taken up (5) and your wealth before your poverty."

Exact reference for the hadeeth pending. Shaykh Al-Albaanee رحمه الله collects a hadeeth with a similar meaning in Saheeh Al-Jaami`, Hadeeth # 1077 and also with a different wording in Saheeh At-Targheeb wat-Tarheeb Vol.3 No. 3355 on the authority of Ibn `Abbaas collected by Al-Haakim (wording below).
