بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

Bismika Allaahumma 'amootu wa 'ahyaa

In Your Name, O Allah, I die and I live.

اے اللہ! تیرے نام سے میں مرتا اور زندہ ہوتا ہوں۔
