How many Muslims know of the Holocaust? Now ask yourself, how many Muslims know what happened at Nakba?
Why?
Because the narrative of the oppressors is strong, and we don't know our history - our own narrative, our own story.
What use is a Muslim with letters after their name but they never lift a finger for the Ummah? What use is a university degree if you don't know your history?
This is what a parent has to look about as well Brothers and sisters we not only have to teach our children Tafseer of Quran and Hadith but indeed I request parents to tell their children about few Islamic stories during the period of our PRophet (SAW ) and even till date try to give them a weekly or daily dose ,So that they be confident and know how to respond to every problem in their life As telling them about these wars gives them a capacity and patience to dela with any circumstances....
It is your duty as a Muslim to speak out against oppression.
Your silence is killing Muslims.
