FASTING THE SIX DAYS OF SHAWWAL

Photo: ✦ FASTING THE SIX DAYS OF SHAWWAL ✦

☛ Only few days left in Shawwal...Don't Miss it!

All praises and thanks are due to Allah. We thank Allah both for His favors and afflictions. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) Said: “Whoever fasts Ramadan and follows it with six days from Shawwal it is as if they fasted the entire year.” [Sahih Muslim].

☞ Ayyub (Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever fasts Ramadan and follows it with six days from Shawwal it is as if they fasted the entire year.” [Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, and Ibn Majah; Ahmad transmitted it from Jabir, Muntaqa]

☞ Thawban (Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever fasts Ramadan, and then six days after Eid, it is like fasting an entire year. Whoever does a good deed shall have ten times its reward.” [Ibn Majah, Muntaqa].

☞ Allah Almighty Says in Holy Quran: "...Whoever comes on the Day of Judgement with a good deed will have ten times the like thereof to his credit..." [Surah Al An'am 6:160].

May Allah accept our good deeds and grant us His mercy. Ameen… Ameen… Ameen…
