Music whispers of Shayateen

Harsh Treatment For Those Disobeying Orders Of The ALLAH's Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) :
Abu Salma bin Abdur Rahman (Radi'Allahu Anhu) states, 'Once Abdur Rahman bin Auf (Radi'Allahu Anhu) complained to the ALLAH's Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) against abundance of louses and sought permission for wearing silk. He (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) allowed him to do so. During the Caliphate of Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu), he came before Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) with his son in silk-clothe. 'What is this?', Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) asked and tore the garment off. Abdur Rahman (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said to him, 'You, perhaps, don't know that the ALLAH's Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) has permitted it for me! Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) replied, 'He (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) had permitted silk exclusively for you as per your complaint against louses but not for others.[Transmitted by Ibn Sa'ad (vol-3, pg-92)]
Abdullah bin Amir bin Rabea (Radi'Allahu Anhu) narrates, 'Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) appointed Qadamah bin Maz'um (Radi'Allahu Anhu) Governor of Bahrain. He was maternal uncle of Hafsa (Radi'Allahu Anha) and Abdullah bin Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu). The chieftain of Ab'd Qais named Jarud (Radi'Allahu Anhu) came to Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) from Bahrain and intimated, 'O Amir-ul-Mominin! Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) drank wine and lost his senses. 'Who else can bear witness to your claim?' Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) asked, "It is Abu Hurairah (Radi'Allahu Anhu)", Jarud (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said, Bearing witness Abu Hurairah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said, 'I have not seen him drinking but I have seen him, intoxicated and vomiting.' 'You are cautious in your witness. Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said. Thereafter he wrote Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) to come back. When Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) came from Bahrain, Jarud (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said that he should be convicted under penal ordinance of Islam. Are you claimant or witness?' Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) asked. Jarud (Radi'Allahu Anhu) kept quiet. Next day, he again met Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) and pressed for taking action against Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu). 'So far as I know you are purely a claimant with only one person to lend support to you.' Thereupon, Abu Hurairah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said, 'If you doubt on my witness, you can ask the daughter of Waleed and wife of Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu). When asked on oath, Hind bin Waleed also bore witness against her husband. Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) told Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) that he would be punished according to penal ordinance of ALLAH, he argued that he could not be punished. 'Why so?' Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) asked. Thereupon Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said, "ALLAH has observed :"
{On Those Who Believe And Do Deeds Of Righteousness There Is No Blame For What They Ate (In The Past), When They Guard Themselves Against Evil, And Believe, And Do Deeds Of Righteousness, -- (Or) Again, Guard Themselves Against Evil And Believe, -- (Or) Again, Guard Themselves Against Evil And Do Good. For ALLAH Loveth, Those Who Do Good.} [Surah Maida - 93]
Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said, 'You have interpreted it wrongly. When you fear ALLAH, you will keep away from things prohibited by ALLAH.' Thereafter, he asked the people to give their opinion about whipping Qadamah. They opined that he must not be whipped till he is sick man. Hearing this, Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) kept quiet for sometime. When he (Umar) asked again concerning whipping, they put the same argument once again. Thereupon, Umar (Radi'Allahu Anhu) said, 'It is better for him to die under the lash than to leave the penal ordinance of ALLAH for me. Thus he ordered Qadamah (Radi'Allahu Anhu) to be whipped and cut off all relations with him. [Transmitted By Abdur Razzaque]
