Allah informed us in Quran that Jesus Peace be Upon Him's example is like Adam Peace be Upon Him. Creation cannot be GOD. Whether created without man and woman (Adam Peace be upon Him), or created without woman (Huwa / Eve Peace be Upon Her) or created without man (Eesa /Jesus Peace be Upon Him). It doesn't make them God or son / daughter of God but an example of Allah's powers......For Allah nothing is impossible
إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَىٰ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ ءَادَمَۖ خَلَقَهُ ۥ مِن تُرَابٍ۬ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ ۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
