![Towards the end of times there will come a people with beliefs and practices which are alien to Islam, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) warned us against such people.
From amongst the alien beliefs and practices are;
*Bidah (innovation in the religion) which is deemed good.
*Mawlid (celebrating the prophets birthday).
*Urs (celebrating the death anniversary of sufi saints).
*Ghiyarvi (celebrating Abdul-Qadir Jilanis birth).
*Khatam (singling out the 3rd, 7th and 40th day upon a persons death and gathering to make Dua [supplication] over food and drink as blessings).
*Matam (gathering together to remember the martyrdom of Hussain ibn Ali (radillahuan) by lamenting and hitting the chest).
*Dhikr (remembering Allah in congregation in one loud unified voice, like sufis who chant: Allahu, Allahu, Allahu...).
*Raqs (dancing to poetry in order to get closer to Allah).
*Qawalli (playing musical instruments and singing in order to get closer to Allah).
And many many other deviant beliefs and practices which the people of Shirk and Bidah come up with!
