THE SIGNS OF LAST DAY (QIYAMAH) - IN THE LIGHT OF THE QURAN

Assalamu _Alayikum
Our beloved Muslim brothers and sisters, in this post, we are going to discussing some of Signs of QIYAMAH in the Light of Holy Quran. And of course, we can also discussing Some of Major Signs of QIYAMAH in the Light of SUNNAH on coming days (please note, we already discussed one of the Major Signs of Last Day that the Arrival of DAJJAL in our previous post). In Sha Allah.

All praises is due to Allah (SWT). We praise Him, ask him, and seek his forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah (SWT) from evils of ourselves and mischiefs of our deeds. Whomsoever Allah (SWT) guides, cannot be misguided. Peace and Blessings be upon the Final Messenger Muhammad (SAW), on his family and his noble companions, Ameen.

Allah (SWT) says in Holy Quran, Surah 22:1-2 Al-Hajj “O mankind, fear your Lord. Indeed, the convulsion of the [final] Hour is a terrible thing.

“On the Day you see it every nursing mother will be distracted from that [child] she was nursing, and every pregnant woman will abort her pregnancy, and you will see the people [appearing] intoxicated while they are not intoxicated; but the punishment of God is severe”.

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran, Surah 21:1 Al-Anbiya “[The time of] their account has approached for the people, while they are in heedlessness turning away.

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran, Surah 79:42-46 An-Nazi’at “They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival?”, “In what [position] are you that you should mention it?” “To your Lord is its finality”. “You are only a warner for those who fear It.”, “It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof”.

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran, Surah 7:187 Al-A’raf “They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? Say, “Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly.” They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, “Its knowledge is only with God, but most of the people do not know.”

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran, Surah 47:18 Muhammad “Then do they await except that the Hour should come upon them unexpectedly? But already there have come [some of] its indications. Then how [i.e., what good] to them, when it has come, will be their remembrance?”

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran, Surah 39:68-69 Az-Zumar “And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom God wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on”.

“And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord, and the record [of deeds] will be placed, and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought, and it will be judged between them in truth, and they will not be wronged”.

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran, Surah 21:104 Al-Anbiya “The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it”.

Allah (SWT) says in the Quran, Surah 31:34 Luqman “Indeed, God [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, God is Knowing and Acquainted”.
