Amazing medicinal miracle in Islam (PREGNANCY) . . . . The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said "Not from all semen is a baby created" (Sahih Elbokhary) We have to know that just a very small part of semen from which baby is created & The fertilization of the ovum takes place by one sperm. We know that in every ejaculation there is about 500 million sperm. Also there are other secretions from prostatic gland , seminal vesicles and bulbourethral glands This fact was ascertained only in the 20th, whereas the Glorious the Prophet's (SAWS) Hadith stated them much earlier.
