The Prophet said, "When Allah created the Creation, He wrote in His Book--and He wrote (that) about Himself, and it is placed with Him on the Throne--'Verily My Mercy overcomes My Anger.'"

Never feel shy, give up, depressed or get discouraged in asking forgiveness from ALLAH the Almighty, even if you have committed a huge sin towards Him or His creations and maintain a habit of forgiving others and cover their mistakes whenever you can !!
ALLAH says : "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."
