May Allah bless you all, greetings from Czech Republic."-Mona

"I started wearing the hijab when I was fourteen. I didn't like it at first, but it was because I was given the wrong impression about it from some people. I remember that in my early stages of wearing the hijab, I kind of planned when I move to the west, I will take it off, but the surprise is, that it become a part of me, that reminds me of what my purpose here is.
I have to say, I owe a big thanks to my best friend who opened my eyes about Islam and made it easier for me to truly understand what a beautiful religion I was blessed to have in my life. I now know that I don't wear it because I have to hide my parts nor that I am a woman, I wear it for God (Allah) , because it is both His wish and order and I also wear it for me, as I learned people appreciate me for me.
May Allah bless you all, greetings from Czech Republic."-Mona
