THE TRUE LOVE AND HATE FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH

While we hate them with our hearts for the sake of Allah, know that they have already hated us too...

وَلَ‍‌‍نْ تَرْ‍ضَ‍‍ى‌ عَ‍‌‍نْ‍‍كَ ‌الْيَه‍‍ُ‍و‌دُ‌ ‌وَلاَ‌ ‌ال‍‍‍نَّ‍‍‍‍صَ‍‍ا‌‍رَ‌ى‌ حَتَّى‌ تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ ۗ قُ‍‍لْ ‌إِنَّ هُدَ‌ى‌ ‌اللَّ‍‍هِ هُوَ‌ ‌الْهُدَ‌ى‌ ۗ ‌وَلَئِنِ ‌اتَّبَعْتَ ‌أَهْو‍َ‍‌ا‌ءَهُمْ بَعْدَ‌ ‌الَّذِي ج‍‍َ‍ا‌ءَكَ مِنَ ‌الْعِلْمِ ۙ مَا‌ لَكَ مِنَ ‌اللَّ‍‍هِ مِ‍‌‍نْ ‌وَلِيٍّ‌ ‌وَلاَ‌ نَ‍‍صِ‍‍ي‍‍ر‍ٍ‍

Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad ﷺ ) till you follow their religion. Say: "Verily, the Guidance of Allāh (i.e. Islāmic Monotheism) that is the (only) Guidance. And if you (O Muhammad ﷺ ) were to follow their (Jews and Christians) desires after what you have received of Knowledge (i.e. the Qur'ān), then you would have against Allāh neither any Walī (protector or guardian) nor any helper.

[Qur'an 2:120]

And why should we love them??

A Christian does not believe that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ - he does not believe that!

He does not believe in your God (Allah).

Christianity, Judaism, and Islam - they all claim the belief in one God, but the concept of God is different. Therefore, they do not believe in your concept of the God, Allah.

They believe God is a human, had babies (children):

وَ‍‍قَ‍‍الَتِ ‌الْيَه‍‍ُ‍و‌دُ‌ ‌وَ‌ال‍‍‍نَّ‍‍‍‍صَ‍‍ا‌‍رَ‌ى‌ نَحْنُ ‌أَبْ‍‍ن‍‍َ‍ا‌ءُ‌ ‌ال‍‍لَّهِ ‌وَ‌أَحِبّ‍‍َ‍ا‌ؤُه ُ‌ ۚ قُ‍‍لْ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُ‍‍مْ بِذُنُوبِكُ‍‍مْ ۖ بَلْ ‌أَ‌نْ‍‍تُ‍‍مْ بَشَر‌ٌ‌ مِ‍‍مَّ‍‍نْ خَ‍‍لَ‍‍قَ ۚ يَ‍‍غْ‍‍فِ‍‍ر‍ُ‍‌ لِمَ‍‍نْ يَش‍‍َ‍ا‌ءُ‌ ‌وَيُعَذِّبُ مَ‍‍نْ يَش‍‍َ‍ا‌ءُ‌ ۚ ‌وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ‌ال‍‍سَّمَا‌و‍َ‍‌اتِ ‌وَ‌الأَ‌رْ‍‍ضِ ‌وَمَا‌ بَيْنَهُمَا‌ ۖ ‌وَ‌إِلَيْهِ ‌الْمَ‍‍صِ‍‍‍ي‍‍‍ر‍ُ‍‌

And (both) the Jews and the Christians say: "We are the children of Allāh and His loved ones." Say: "Why then does He punish you for your sins?" Nay, you are but human beings, of those He has created, He forgives whom He wills and He punishes whom He wills. And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and to Him is the return (of all).

[Qur'an 5:18]

There is no way our hearts will meet because we are differing on the God, add to this - the Messenger ﷺ.

وَلَوْ‌ عَلِمَ ‌اللَّ‍‍هُ فِيهِمْ خَ‍‍يْر‌ا‌ ً‌ لَأَسْمَعَهُمْ ۖ ‌وَلَوْ‌ ‌أَسْمَعَهُمْ لَتَوَلَّو‌ا‌ ‌وَهُمْ مُعْ‍‍رِ‍‍ضُ‍‍ونَ

Had Allah known of any good in them, He would indeed have made them listen, and even if He had made them listen, they would but have turned away, averse (to the truth).

[The Glorious Qur'an, 8:23]

Allah knew all of His creation before He created them. He knew what they would do by means of His perfect eternal knowledge.

لا تجد قوما يؤمنون بالله واليوم الاخر يوادون من حاد الله ورسوله ولو كانوا اباءهم او ابناءهم او اخوانهم او عشيرتهم اولئك كتب في قلوبهم الايمان وايدهم بروح منه ويدخلهم جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار خالدين فيها رضي الله عنهم ورضوا عنه اولئك حزب الله الا ان حزب الله هم المفلحون

You will never find any people who truly believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens under which rivers flow, to dwell therein (forever). Allah is well pleased with them, and they are well pleased with Him. They are the party of Allah. Verily, the party of Allah will be the successful.

[Qur'ān 58:22]

So tell me again why should we be loving them with our hearts??
