Praising الله ❣️

Ibn al-Qayyīm May Allāh ﷻ have mercy upon him said:

.

❝Remembrance of Allāh is to be carried out with the heart and tongue; gratefulness is to be carried out with one’s heart - out of love for Allāh and constantly turning to Him in repentance and obedience with true faith [Islamic Monotheism].❞

It was narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullāh May Allāh ﷻ be pleased with him that The Prophet ﷺ said:

.

❝The best remembrance is to declare there is nobe worthy of worship but Allāh. The best supplication is to declare all praise is due to Allāh❞

.

[Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3383 - Grade: Hasan]

Thanking Allāh ﷻ for His bounties is better than the bounty itself

.

It was narrated by Anas ibn Malik May Allāh ﷻ be pleased with him that The Prophet ﷺ said:

.

❝Allāh does not bestow His bounties upon a servant and he says all praise is due to Allah except that what he has given of praise is better than what he has taken of bounties.❞

.

[Sunan Ibn Majah 3805 - Grade: Hasan al-Albanī]

It was narrated by Abu Sa’īd May Allāh ﷻ be pleased with him The Prophet ﷺ said:

.

❝If the servant glorifies Allāh, then Allāh Almighty says: Record for my servant an abundance of my mercy. If the servant praises Allāh, then Allāh Almighty says: Record for my servant an abundance of my mercy. If the servant declares there is none worthy of worship but Allāh, then Allāh Almighty says: Record for my servant an abundance of my love.❞
