[Al-Quran 18: 11-12]

Quran Lesson - Surah Al-Kahf 18, Verse 11-12, Part 15

فَضَرَبْنَا عَلَىٰ آذَانِهِمْ فِي الْكَهْفِ سِنِينَ عَدَدًا . ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَاهُمْ لِنَعْلَمَ أَيُّ الْحِزْبَيْنِ أَحْصَىٰ لِمَا لَبِثُوا أَمَدًا

Therefore We covered up their (sense of) hearing (causing them, to go in deep sleep) in the Cave for a number of years. Then We raised them up (from their sleep), that We might test which of the two parties was best at calculating the time period that they had tarried.

تو ہم نے انھیں اس غار میں تھپکی دے کر کئی سال تک کے لئے سلا دیا۔ پھر ہم نے انھیں اٹھایا تاکہ معلوم کریں کہ ہر دو فریق میں سے کون اپنی مدت قیام کا ٹھیک حساب رکھتا ہے۔
