Bananas are one of the 6 fruits mentioned in the Qur'an.
And [banana] trees layered [with fruit]
(Surat Al-Wāqi`ah 56: Verse 29)
IMPORTANT NOTE: – Best times to eat a banana is early morning or right before a workout or right after a workout. Although you can eat it anytime you want.
