Some facts to be kept in mind:

The family of Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha was satisfied with the marriage. Abû Bakr, razi'allahu anho, is also recorded to have spoken these words to the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu allihi wasallam.: "There are three things I cherish most: a look at your face, to spend my wealth on you and that my daughter is thy wife."

The family of Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha was satisfied with the marriage. Abû Bakr, razi'allahu anho, is also recorded to have spoken these words to the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu allihi wasallam.: "There are three things I cherish most: a look at your face, to spend my wealth on you and that my daughter is thy wife."
The Jews, Christians and other Pagans had no objection to that marriage, as it was a common practice of that time.
Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha was fully satisfied with the marriage, loved and respected Muhammad sallallahu allihi wasallam, for his love, care and kindness towards her.
Narrated by Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha:
‘By Allah, I remember the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) standing on the door of my apartment screening me with his mantle enabling me to see the sport of the Abyssinians as they played with their daggers in the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). He (the Holy Prophet) kept standing for my sake till I was satiated and then I went back; and thus you can well imagine how long a girl tender of age who is fond of sports (could have watched it).’ (Muslim, Hadith 1481)
Narrated by Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha:

There are numerous such Hadiths which proves that the relation between Prophet Muhammad sallallahu allihi wasallam and Syyidah Aisha raziallahu anha was healthy and full of love, respect and care for each other.
Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha was physically fit at the time of marriage.
Its a scientific fact that the girls born in hot climate in the east reach puberty much sooner than the girls born in the western cold climate. sometimes even 5 years earlier.
Also it was recorded to have been said by Syyidah Aisha razi'allahu anha herself:
‘My mother intended to make me fat to send me to the (house of) the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). But nothing which he desired benefited me till she gave me cucumber with fresh dates to eat. Then I became fat as good (as she desired).’ (Abu Dawud, Hadith 3903)
Which clearly shows she was physically fit for marriage, as desired by her mother.

It has been proven by the sociologists now that the maturity of boys and girls in the rural areas happen much sooner than there peer in urban areas.
It has been recorded that Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha once said to the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu allihi wasallam, who most of the night was worshiping and praising Allah, as:
"I love to be near you, but I prefer what you yourself like to do, over it."
It has been proven by the sociologists now that the maturity of boys and girls in the rural areas happen much sooner than there peer in urban areas.
It has been recorded that Syyidah Aisha razi'Allahu anha once said to the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu allihi wasallam, who most of the night was worshiping and praising Allah, as:

Does in any way this statement looks like to be from an immature girl??? NO

Parents agreed, the male agreed, the female agreed.... now what the hell is problem to anyone else... HIPPOCRATES.
Even the Bible's Prophets, and even Roman Emperors married girls as young as 8! Joseph was as old as 99 when he married Mary when she was in the age range above. Mary got pregnant between the ages of 11 and 14. Hinduism allows males to marry and consummate females aged 8 yrs...!
