The days on which Fasting is Prohibited:

The days on which #Fasting is Prohibited:

1. Fasting on the Eidain i.e., the 2 Eids, #Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. 

2. Fasting 3 days after Eid-ul-Adha which are known as Days of Tashreeq.

3. Fasting on Yawmul-Shak: The Day of Doubt i.e., fasting one or two days before #Ramadan starts. 

4. Singling out #Friday for fasting. 

5. Singling out #Saturday for fasting. 

6. Saum-ud-Dahr i.e., fasting for the full life. 

7. Wisaal i.e., fasting consecutively day and night. 

8. A married woman cannot keep any voluntary fasts without taking permission of her husband.
