Caring for the Orphans and Weak !

Caring for the Orphans and Weak !
The believers are protectors of one and other. So when we find those in need, such as the orphans and the widows, we should strive to help them.
"And they feed, for the love of Allah, the poor, the orphan, and the captive..." [Soorah al-Insaan, 8].According to the Hadith, the best Muslim's home is the one wherein an orphan is supported and is treated in a loving and affectionate manner, and the worst is that home wherein an orphan lives and is treated badly or cruelly. Sunan Ibn Majah 3679.
It is related by Sahl ibn Saad (Radhi Allahu anhu) that Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said
"Whoever supports an orphan from among his own or any other family, he will be as close to me in Heaven as these fingers are close to each other."
Sahl (Radhi Allahu anhu) says that Prophet Muhammed(sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) made a mention of his index and middle fingers (while he said this) and there was only a little space between the two.
Sahih al-Bukhari 5304.
This Hadith explains the status, in the hereafter, of that believer who accepts the responsibility of supporting an orphan belonging either to his own family or any other family with whom he has no particular blood tie. Which makes the fact clear that the promise of salvation and entry into paradise is subject to the condition of not committing a misdeed, which is not pardonable.
Abu Hurairah (Radhi Allahu anhu) reports that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) stated :
"One who looks after the orphan whether he is his relative or not, I and he would be together in Paradise like this, and Malik (explained it) with the gesture by drawing his index finger and middle finger close together.
Sahih Muslim 2983.
The Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) made a gesture with his fingers as explained above.
It is therefore clear that the glad tidings on showing kindness to orphans are dependent upon the condition that the loving and kindly treatment is wholly with the intention of earning the pleasure of Allah Almighty.
Feeding The Hungry :
In a Hadith reported by Abu Moosa Ash'ari (Radhi Allahu anhu), The Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said "Feed the hungry, visit the sick and free the captives."
Allâh(azza wa jal) says in the Quran:
"Never will you attain righteousness until you spend from that which you love. And whatever you spend, indeed Allah is Knowing of it." [Al -Imran, 3:92]
We must realize how desperate we are in need of forgiveness for our wrong actions and our dire need for good deeds to help weigh up our scales. The rewards and blessing for these deeds is very great, and indeed is the lot of those who feel for poor, less fortunate brothers or sisters and are willing to help them in any possible manner.
Would you like to be in the eternal Jannah with our beloved Prophet (sallallaahu`alaihiwasallam) ? Let's practice this by ourselves and inspire others to give Sadaqah (charity) or zakat to orphans this Ramadan and bring the smile on their faces.
