Did you know that your fasting is NOT valid nor is it accepted if you do not PRAY your 5 daily obligatory prayers?
As a matter of fact, NO good deeds will be accepted from one who does not pray – no zakaah, no fasting, no Hajj or anything else.
So if you plan to fast in this blessed month, make sure you plan to pray and safeguard your prayers DURING and OUTSIDE of Ramadaan FIRST.
With regard to those who fast Ramadaan and pray in Ramadaan ONLY, this is trying to cheat Allaah, and unfortunate indeed are those who only acknowledge Allaah in Ramadaan. Their fasting is NOT valid if they do not pray at times other than Ramadaan.
