A meaningful story to ponder:
--------------------------------------
Once there was a blacksmith. He was very hard-working and kind. Everyone loved him and would pray for him from their heart, because he always would stand beside them at the time of their needs and hardships. But this was just a good man's life full of sorrow and sufferings , nothing was going well with him.

One day one of his friends asked him a question "Well, you are so religious, so generous, so humble, yet only everything get worse in your life, why there is no improvement ? Doesn't Allah see you? " Blacksmith didn't answer his question and were silent for a while. Then he started talking about entirely a different subject :

"Every day pig irons brought to my shop, with which i have to make equipment like Grills, Railings, machineries in a various shape and thousands of things like these. This process is very interesting, let me explain you a little. At first I burn the iron with the bellow until it becomes red, then i tamper it with heavy hammer until it forms a nice smooth shape. Then i deep it into a cold water bucket and it blurred around with smoke and cool down with a hissing sound.

Then i examine whether it has been proper the way i want. If not in the same manner i make it a little better, sometime some of the iron can not withstand this process after hammering and dipping into cold water breaks them. The poor quality of the iron is of no use, so is left.

The blacksmith stared and gasped for a while at the useless irons thrown into a corner of his shop, then he said "I know Allah is burning me with the fire of pain. I am trying to understand the objectives of the pains and hardship i am facing in my life, that's why the heavy hammering and bitter cold of the cool splashing water doesn't give me pain anymore. I just pray to my Allah:

"O My Lord, O my Creator, please don't abandon me until my mind become as beautiful as you want to make. Build me up the way you want, but do not ever throw me into the abandoned and useless piles of soul!"
