Shaykh-the bearer of Tawheed (Awliya Allah Quran 3:18Ulool ilm) is like a tree,their roots
are strongly connected to Allah, the Prophets,
Siddiqin. and Saliheen as mentioned in Quran 4:69.Those who seek them take shelter in their branches spread out in the sky.They receive the blessings from that tree from it's fruits
from it's shades and from it's pure breeze.

3:18 Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

14:24 Do you do not see how Allah makes a metaphor of a good word: a good tree whose roots are firm and whose branches are in heaven? It bears fruit regularly by its Lord´s permission. Allah makes metaphors for people so that hopefully they will pay heed.

2:2 This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah -

IT IS A GUIDANCE FOR MANKIND THROUGH THE PIOUS SCHOLARS (AWLIYA ALLAH)
2:185 The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong).

4:59 O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you.

The true Wisdom of Quran is with ahlul Bayth and their students who are up on the unbroken Isnad (Chain of authority/Silsila), because every 72 misguided sects and both believers and non-believers who are fluent in Arabic can access book Quran. But it's wisdom, blessings and guidance is with the pious, since the hadiths are clear reference to say that: "the pious are the followers of the Shaykhs of Ahlul bayth, Awliya Allah and Pious scholars of ahlul bayth from unbroken chain of spiritual succession.
‘Verily I am leaving in you that to which if you firmly hold onto you will not go astray after me; The Book of Allah and my family the Ahl al-Bait. These two will not be separated until they meet me at the Fountain (of Kawthar), so look (take care) at how you deal with them after me.’ [Sunan Tirmidhi, Vol. 5, Page 626, Hadith 3788 | Mustadrak al-Hakim, Vol. 3, Page 160, Hadith 4711]

-Hadith Number 3788: The Messenger of Allah (alaihiswalathu wa salam) said: "Indeed, I am leaving among you, that which if you hold fast to them, you shall not be misguided after me, one of them is greater than the other:The Book of Allah is a rope extended from the sky to the earth, and my family -the people of my house-and they shall not split until they meet me at Hawd, so look at how you deal with them after me" (Sahih)

Quran 17:71 (Translator:Yusuf Ali): One day We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imams: those who are given their record in their right hand will read it (with pleasure), and they will not be dealt with unjustly in the least.

Sunan Abu Dawud 4833 Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “A man is upon the religion of his best friend, so let one of you look at whom he befriends.”

A man asked the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam), "When will the Hour be established O Allah's Apostle?" The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) asked, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "I haven't prepared for it much of prayers or fast or alms, but I love Allah and His Apostle." The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, "You will be with those whom you love." [Bukhari]

Quran 4:69 And whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger - those will be with the ones upon whom Allah has bestowed favor of the prophets, the steadfast affirmers of truth, the martyrs and the righteous. And excellent are those as companions.

So check yourself, are in the Jamah (Association) of the Pious Scholars (Awliya Allah) and Ahlul Bayth? Or are you with someone else?
