عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال قال النبي صلی الله عليه وسلم نعمتان مغبون فيهما کثير من الناس الصحة والفراغ
Narrated Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “There are two blessings which many people do not make the most of (and thus lose out); (They are) Health and free time.”
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کہ دو نعمتیں ایسی ہیں کہ اکثر لوگ ان کی قدر نہیں کرتے (ایک) تندرستی (دوسری) فراغت۔
