Quran 8:54

Quran’s Lesson - Surah Al-Anfal 8, Verse 54, Part 10

كَدَأْبِ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ ۙ وَالَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَأَغْرَقْنَا آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ وَكُلٌّ كَانُوا ظَالِمِينَ

Similar to the behaviour of the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and those before them. They belied the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) for they were all Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.).

ان لوگوں کا معاملہ بھی آل فرعون جیسا ہے اور ان لوگوں جیسا جو ان سے پہلے تھے۔ انہوں نے اپنے پروردگار کی آیات کو جھٹلایا تو ہم نے انہیں ان کے گناہوں کی پاداش میں ہلاک کر دیا اور فرعون کی قوم کو غرق کردیا اور یہ سب ہی ظالم لوگ تھے۔
