القابض
AL-QÂBID = The Withholder
The One Who takes the provisions and souls, the One Who gives provisions freelyand gives (life to) the hearts – all of this in compliance to His Wisdom and Mercy. The One whose wisdom causes withholding, either physically or spiritually. The One whose wisdom decides when to withhold something, or make something scarce.
