This is something so many men and women don't know, or perhaps don't understand, Allahu Alam.

They uncover themselves, and dress and act inappropriately etc. when they meet their cousins. In most cases it seems to be down to the parents, because they have brought up their children to treat their cousins like their own siblings, and never discuss who their mehram and non mehram are.

For those who don't already know, your cousins, brother in laws/sister in laws etc. are non mehram. So fear Allah and stop hugging, touching, uncovering yourselves/dressing inappropriately, laughing and joking, freely intermingling etc. and being inappropriate with them by any means.

They are non mehram and should be treated as such.
