The followers of Prophet Moosa was when? Can you be a follower of Prophet Moosa now?
...It was at the time of the messengership of Prophet Moosa..
At one time, the message was: La ilaha ila Allah, Moosa Rasulullah..
then at one stage, the message was: La ilaha ila Allah, 'Eesa Rasulullah...
And when you testify in the current messenger, with him you believe in the previous messengers/prophets, all of them.
What is the problem with the Jews, they stop at Prophet Moosa and Dawoud, but what about Prophet 'Eesa (Jesus)? They went out of the fold of Islam when they disbelieved and rejected in Prophet 'Eesa! And farther they also rejected Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)..
Christians, what is their issue? They rejected Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) and his message...
You can't say you can be a Jew and still go to Jannah... Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) made it crystal clear:
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed:
By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad, he who amongst the community of Jews or Christians hears about me, but does not affirm his belief in that with which I have been sent and dies in this state (of disbelief), he shall be but one of the denizens of Hell-Fire. [Sahih Muslim 153]
حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو، أَنَّ أَبَا يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لاَ يَسْمَعُ بِي أَحَدٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ يَهُودِيٌّ وَلاَ نَصْرَانِيٌّ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ وَلَمْ يُؤْمِنْ بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ إِلاَّ كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ " .
We regard as a kaafir everyone who follows a religion other than the religion of the Muslims, or who agrees with them, or who has doubts, or who says that their way is correct, even if he appears to be a Muslim and believes in Islam and that every other way is false, he is a kaafir...

آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لاَ نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْ رُسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ
The Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ) believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and (so do) the believers. Each one believes in Allāh, His Angels, His Books, and His Messengers. They say, "We make no distinction between one another of His Messengers" - and they say, "We hear, and we obey. (We seek) Your Forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the return (of all)." (Surat Al-Baqarah 2:285)
