Allah is as-Shakoor - the One who is extreme in His thanks to His slaves. When the Muhajireen and Ansaar gave up their home for Him, He thanked them by giving them the kingdoms of Shaam and Persia. When Yusuf alaihis salam sacrificed his freedom for Allah, by being in prison for 8-9 years, Allah thanked him by giving him ministry in the land - freedom to move about as he wished. When we give up or give something to Allah, Allah will thank us by giving us something much larger and mentioning us to those who are better and by remember us when we need Him the most. What an amazing Lord that we worship! No one else would we ever take as a deity other than Him. Allah enter me, you and whoever reads this post into His forgiveness and eternal mercy - Ameen ya Rabb!
