Seeking Islamic knowledge is very important for every Muslim. Especially if you are involved in Dawah activities.

The worse thing we could do is share knowledge with the world that we never even aquired for ourselves.

This knowledge will one day be lifted, and ignorance will prevail. Islamic knowledge will be diminished as stated by Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him.

Further, we see many Daees making big mistakes on their FB time lines when sharing information. This proves to us that the majority of the daees have only the enthusiasm to share the deen but lack a lot of knowledge of it.

Enthusiasm is half of what you need but is not enough. Sit with teachers, read books, watch lectures, and take some notes. The scholars of previous generations would not accept to speak in public until 50 of their teachers would convince them to. Where are we from this?
